Reporting to the Senior Manager of eBusiness Technologies within the Technology Solutions Group “TSG”, Senior Salesforce developer will be involved in complex SalesForce.com
development & maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, planning, and implementing new Salesforce.com features and functions in response to business needs.
The individual in this position will have the ability to conceptualize creative solutions that are consistent with the client’s business requirements, its enterprise architecture,
and the intended usage and capabilities of Salesforce.com. In addition to working directly with the Sales and Support teams, this person will also work with other business partners to identify practical solutions through existing and/or new business systems
technology, and will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the application in cooperation with the business and areas of TSG.

Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create development specificationsDevelopment and configuration of the Blackboard Salesforce.com instance in our highly customized CRM systemProvide on-going support of existing SFDC instance containing Sales and Service clouds and integrated applicationsPartner with TSG teams, ensuring timely delivery of work to business stakeholdersClearly communicate project expectations and solutions to team members and business usersContribute to the overall application design and layoutEvaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the CRM applicationsWork with team, functional leads to transform new requirements into design and implementationResponsible for unit testing for new enhancements and/or fixes and system integrationWork effectively in a team environment consisting of project leads, technical leads, developers,
contractors, business analysts, support

Extensive experience with Salesforce.com, APEX, and Visualforce (including custom advanced controllers)Strong familiarity with Eclipse (Force.com IDE) application lifecycle management5+ years of custom development within Force.com; experience in sales and service cloud3+ years of experience with the full life-cycle of service-oriented architecture (SOA) including XML, SOAP, and WSDL technologies Demonstrated
work experience in working with diverse set of users E.g.
